Asfar as I know there is no malaria in Nusa Lembongan nor Bali. It's only when you go further afield to the outer islands that malaria could be a risk. I have been to Nusa Lembongan a number of times and have never heard of malaria there nor had any problems with mosquitos. Report inappropriate content.

The ferry departs twice a day and the journey takes about an hour. The distance between Lembongan and Bali is about 22 km. The trip between the two islands takes about 30 minutes by boat.

Family of 4 kids 17 and 15. 2 nights at reef bungalows at JB and 2 nights at mushroom bay at Hai tide villa. Had an awesome time. Snorkelled, hired A golf buggy for sight seeing, chilled out, and used Hai tide facilities.

NusaDua or Nusa Penida? Hey! I have a Trip planned to Bali a couple of days from now (travel agency, group package tour, pre planned). I was excited for Nusa Penida before, for the trek for the dino island pic and snorkeling with the Manta rays, but now the itenary has shifted to Tanjum Beach and Uluwatu Temple.
